Screen printing is a technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The stencil forms open areas of mesh that allow the transfer of ink as a sharp-edged image onto a medium such as a shirt or jacket.

This process is priced according to how many colors are in your logo or design, and what brand, color, and type of garment you order. A one color design on light gray tees averages out to approximately $8.99 per shirt for one dozen. Each color in your design needs a separate screen, which we prepare for $65.00 each. We screen print on many different items, including jackets, sweatshirts, and tees. Our embroidered designs are stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns that are "digitized" with software.

Whether you'd like your custom logo beautifully embroidered on sweatshirts or jackets, or a stock embroidery print with text, we can tailor your order to fit your needs.

Embroidery is priced according to stitch count, and design difficulty. An average jacket back with a stock design and added text is about $25.00. For custom logo design, add approximately $100 for design set up. A small front left chest design is from $5-10.00 depending on stitch count and number of color changes. We can order garments for you, or embroider your own assuming that they can be hooped.

Our vinyl signs are produced by applying individual elements cut from self-adhesive vinyl by a computer-driven vinyl cutter.

We can do vinyl lettering on a work vehicle or storefront window, as well as banners, and multi-colored cut vinyl signs. From large construction vehicles to the family auto, we have vinyl applications to suit your needs.
